While exploring various style options for the sachet, we finalized on two particular kind of artstyles. Post a select survey with potential customers, it was decided to focus on the flat vector style which made the product appear cleaner and help the product stand out in the market.
Design Exploration

Summer sea encompasses the calm & fun beach side. We tried to capture the scent visually as well by our illustration as well as calm colours
REIMAGINED PACKAGING ( FLAT VECTOR)

One particular art style explored was using a grain texture which would add to the illustration, while there were aesthetic benefits. In regards to the print and user feed back we decided to go with the flat design

After understanding the market scenario, in order to add value to the product and help crack the newer generation of customers. We decided to take a fresh, clean design approach and explore how to improve the packaging for air wicks bathroom fragrances & how to help create noise in the market.

After understanding the market, We decided the best way to get more sales for bathroom gel category was to rename and rebrand the product with a suitable ad to create noise in the market


A survey was conducted to understand various customer needs and requirements so we could proceed with coming up with a suitable design solution

Scope
India air freshener market size was estimated at USD 359.53 million at 2022. Out of which Godrej dominates the market especially in the fragrance sachet industry with their Godrej aero line up introduced in 2021.
Air Wick® is an international home fragrance solutions company whose products are available in more than 60 countries.

They currently have the 3rd largest sales in the Indian market.

Their product for bathroom gel freshener in particular had scope for design improvement compared to their competitor especially aero gel.
The following design solution follows our branding concept for air wick.
With that in mind we decided to study the markets to understand where we could make a difference.

To showcase each scent and their visuals, we specially created micro animations for each scent. Which was not only used in the Ad but other digital media as well. The motion helps catch the attention of the of the audience especially in the social media driven world.
